Cluster Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings begin with a potluck meal followed at 6:30 p.m. with singing, sharing, devotional and Communion.
The Board meets the first Tuesday of the month (except National Holidays) @ 12:00 p.m. at North Wood United Methodist Church in Florence, Alabama.
The Shoals Cluster began with a meeting at the home of Chuck and Elaine Beard in March of 1985.

The Cluster Board has voted to respond to a challenge to all the Clusters from the Marshall County Cluster to contribute $1,000 to defray the cost of repairs to the Retreat Centers sprinkler systems at Camp Sumatanga after the Christmas Eve freezing and consequent flooding. The funds raised by the golf tournament will be used to help meet this challenge.
